  1. What is a Kesari's Preferred Sales agent - PSA?

    Kesari's PSA will be authorised to take bookings for KTPL Products. Kesari PSA's will be supported by Providing Promotional Material Like Brochures, Facia. Your name & address will be linked to our Website. Likewise, your Outlet's Address & Contact no will also be printed in our brochures.

  4. What Products can I sell as being a Kesari PSA?

    As being a part of Kesari PSA, you will be authorised to promote brands like Kesari Mice – Corporate Bookings - Tours for Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions Strawberi Holidays i.e Tailor-made Holidays. K- Forex – Personal Forex which guest needs for themselves when they are going on tour. Happy Hours- Fix departures for International & Domestic Sectors Special Tours like My Fair Lady, Second Innings, Marigold, Students' Special, Chota Break, Honeymoon etc.

  5. What is my role as a PSA?

    A PSA will have to select the right outlet, furnish it, manage operational expenditure including rental, telephone charges, conveyance etc, appoint staff and pay for their salaries. A, PSA will have to ensure smooth financial functioning of the Agency.

  6. Why is Kesari charging Agency Fee?

    Agency Fee/Deposit is collected to provide marketing support to your Agency. This means, your name & numbers will be linked to our website & Brochures. If Promotional advertise is coming up in your nearby regions, your contact no & area will be printed in the advertisement. Queries from your area will be diverted to your agency to generate your business. You will be given Login ID & Password to work in our Reservation System. Plus, you'll be a part of Kesari's Annual PSA meet.

  8. Is PSA agreement valid for 3 years?

    Termination clause is updated in agreement. As per rules, if we find any misleading done by the agent to KTPL, he will be questioned & if found guilty will be terminated on SOS basis.

  9. How may Employees need to be hired on my Payroll?

    KESARI would suggest that you should Hire Min 1 qualified staff on initial base which will take care of all Kesari Inquiries & bookings.

  10. Will the staff of my Outlet be trained by Kesari?

    Yes, The staff would be trained by experienced professionals on all the products, reservation systems and processes of Kesari.

  11. Can I give extra discounts for the customers who wants more discounts on tour Package?

    No extra discounts will be given to the guest. All offers & discounts will be given as per the KTPL policy. Any extra discounts given without intimating the concerned Department, particular agent will be questioned & if found guilty, he will be terminated.

  12. Can I give my Commission in the form of Discount to the Customer?

    No you are not allowed to give your Commission to the guests in the form of Discount. We have set up our discount policy, no matter where the guests are booking their tours, they will find the same discounted rate. If found giving commission as a discount, the agent will be questioned & if found guilty he will be terminated.

  13. How should I fill up the PSA application form?

  14. Can I carry out marketing and advertising exercise in my local area?

    Yes, you may carry out Marketing and Advertising activities in the area demarcated in the Agreement with Kesari. We will not bear any marketing expenses. Before publishing, all the marketing and advertising material needs to be approved by the respective Kesari business heads.

  15. When would I receive my commission payment?

    The commission payouts will be made in the following month once the guest departs on his holiday. Commission will be paid after deducting (Tax deducted at Source) ( TDS).

  1. A CD of Photographs (Contents : interior of your office, the entrance & premises)
  2. Contact details : Nearest police station, nearest railway station, famous Landmark & on which floor your office is located.
  3. Copy of Pan Card of proprietor certified by Advocate. If in Partnership - Copy of Partnership Deed certified by the Advocate.
  4. Pan card copy of the partnership firm and all partners certified by advocate.
  5. Applicants 02 Passport size Photographs
  6. Photocopy of Certificates if you are member of any Tourism association.
  7. After verifying the documents, we may call you at our Head Office or the nearest branch for further meeting.
