Balance payment:

Balance Payment will have to be made 30 days before the tour departure. In case airlines or suppliers demand the full amount, you could be requested to pay a certain portion of your payment at the time of booking. If you book the tour within 30 days before the departure date, the entire tour price has to be paid at the time of booking.

Documents to be collected from Kesari / Kesari PSA

Registration form, Tour estimate, After booking letter, General information, Initialpayment receipt. In case of Indian A2A tours A2A voucher.

In case of world tours: visa forms and checklist of other required documents.

For group booking: Group booking Voucher, Premium seats: Premium seats voucher-guest needs to carry on tour.

Passport Requirement:

Bring the original passports of all family members at the time of booking. Passport must be valid for minimum 180 days from the arrival date of the tour in India and should have sufficient number of blank pages which should not be damaged/stapled/torn etc for the required visas. It is mandatory to keep a certified true copy/photocopy of your passport with you before submitting the same to Kesari.

VISA Facilitation:

The processing time for VISA varies according to the tour you have selected and depends on the number of countries you wish to visit. Some of the consulates are located in New Delhi and require longer processing time. Book early for USA tours, to get appointment dates for personal interviews sufficiently well in advance. Submit the required Visa documents along with photographs as per the specimen of respective Consulates within the given time period, failing to do so INR 2000 per visa will be applicable as Urgent VISA facilitation fee. If you book the tour within 30 days prior to departure, urgent Visa facilitation fees of INR 2000 per visa will be applicable.

Payments:

Payments can be made through local 'Account payee' cheques, Demand Drafts or by Cash at any of our Kesari Branches, as per below Bank details . Overwriting on Cheques are not allowed as per RBI rule. PAN details are required in case of cash payment in accordance with prevailing Income Tax rules. Please note that Outstation cheque is not acceptable.

Tourists, who are not able to visit our office, can deposit local clearing cheques at nearby HDFC BANK located across India,with an intimation to the company by sending fax or copy of bank slip and personal details.

Balance Payment:

1. You must make the Balance payment towards the tour price including Forex tour cost 30 days prior to the tour departure.
2. Additional Service Tax on Forex payments: In case of non realisation of cheque and/or non-submission of BTQ/PPT/Address copies 30 days before departure of tour ,tourist will have to pay an additional GST@5%.The same shall be reflected in your Invoice.
3. Late Payment fee of 1.5% will be applicable to the payments which are made after the payment due date.
4. If we do not receive the entire tour price payable to us 30 days prior to tour departure, we will not be able to process your booking and arrange your visas in case of World tours. Your registration amount is likely to be forfeited and your booking stands automatically cancelled.
5. Local Cheque payments will not be accepted 15 days prior to the tour departure. Any payments made 15 days prior to departure will have to be made by cash/Demand Draft for all tours. For Forex payment only demand draft will be accepted.

Booking from Kesari's Preferred Sales Agent

1. Guests booking through Kesari Preferred Sales Agents must make the payment by Demand Draft / Cheque payable at the Agents location.
2. Cash is not accepted by Agents.
3. Please ensure that you collect proper receipt of all payments. Incase the agent acknowledges the payment by his provisional receipt, the booking will be confirmed & Proceed only when the payment is received by Kesari. In such cases Kesari will issue Kesari Tours Pvt. Ltd receipts in your favour.

One time payment:

To avoid frequent visits, you can pay the balance amount at the time of registration through post-dated cheques. If there is any variation in the final bill, the same will be communicated to you and the payment will have to be made by cheque.

Table for Additional Charges for Regional Departures

1. Guest from various regions can join the global departure by paying the enclosed difference and fly from their nearest region like : Ex Bengaluru / Ex Hyderabad / Ex Ahmedabad / Ex Delhi / Ex Kolkata.
2. The flights can be either Direct OR to and fro additional to Mumbai.
3. The billing will automatically pick the Difference in Regional Airfares once the form is updated.
4. The difference in the enclosed chart is applicable for bookings done one month prior to the scheduled departure
5. For booking tour within 1 month to departure - Actual Fare Difference will be applicable
   • For eg : F1 050513 - Usually we would charge INR 7500 as per chart / RS
   • But incase airfare difference increases to INR 10000 for booking taken from 05/04/13 (D-30), then Air dept will update diff of INR 2500 in the billing.

Booking from Overseas:

Kesari’s tour can be joined from anywhere around the world by NRI’s / foreigners They can join the tour from 'Anywhere in the World'. These guests are termed as Joining and Leaving guests. They can join the tour at the first destination and leave the tour at the last destination.

Joining & Leaving Guests for Indian Tours:

Guests must possess Rail/Air tickets for the entire travel including any internal journey as per the tour itinerary. Foreign Nationals & NRI's can make the payment in USD / Euro, Indian Nationals must pay in equivalent Indian rupees at prevailing rate on the day of payment, either at our offices or directly by telegraphic/transfers. Guests will meet the group directly at the reporting place as per the itinerary.

India Tours:

NRI guests should pay tour cost defined in USD.

Joining & Leaving Guests for World tours:

These guests must possess air tickets for the entire travel including any internal flights, insurances and visas as per the tour itinerary. They must make the payment in USD/Euro either at our offices / directly by telegraphic transfer. The cost of air travel including internal flights, airport tax, departure tax, visa, Insurance and airport transfers are not included in the tour price. These guests will meet the group directly at the reporting place as per the itinerary. Insurance is necessary for Europe, Egypt and Dubai tours. Guests are requested to keep proper communication with our team about respective departures. Kesari will not be responsible for any damages due to change in programme due to various reasons.
